At any time, estimate the total cost of the event - including room charges and room credits, entertainment, transportation, gifts and travel. Change a meal, and instantly see the impact on your budget. Add a gift for all attendees - and see the impact on the total budget.
Reports for each activity allow you to email details to the Resort. Email the transportation schedule, with guest names and arrival times, to the limo company. Send room reservations to the resort and share confirmation numbers directly with guests.
