Customer Support Specialist (2 openings, resumes accepted through March 14, 2010)

This is a full-time, salaried position, with health benefits and vacation.  The interview process will include a phone interview, 2 in-person interviews, an assignment to demonstrate your technical aptitude and ability to demonstrate and explain the system to a client over the phone.

Marketing Intern

This is a part-time, unpaid internship that can be done for college credit.

Job Responsibilities:
Produce marketing collateral both print and online
Research prospects
Contribute to monthly MeetMax newsletter
Assist in planning and running the annual MeetMax user group meeting

Qualifications:
College level coursework in Business Management, Marketing and/or English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good research skills
Comfortable cold calling prospects
Proficiency with spreadsheets and database applications

Work Schedule:
10 hours per week

Technical Writing Intern

This is a part-time, unpaid internship that can be done for college credit. Please provide writing samples along with resume/cover letter.

Job Responsibilities:
Write and edit user guide and administrator guides for MeetMax.com
Participate in quality assurance and testing of new software releases

Qualifications:
College level coursework in Technical Writing, Professional Writing or English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail

Work Schedule:
10 hours per week
